Method

Mix the glycerine and the Xanthan Gum in a small Bowl/Beaker in a slurry and add to a Beaker with the Distilled water and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Make sure it disperses well.  Warm it up if it does not dissolve well.  Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.  Make sure mixture emulsified well. Phase C is the cool down phase and make sure your mixture is cooled down before you add phase C.  Measure pH.
