Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate

Application

Can be used in surfactant based systems such as shampoos and body/shower gels, conditioners and other high water content products. Ph 3-8

Uses

Can be used in concentrations of 0.1-0.5% and should be added below 40degrees celcius

Benefits

Broad spectrum preservative effective against most mold, bacteria and yeast. Can give a shelf life to formulas of between 6-18 months.

    Works out great for the more natural cosmetic products. It does not have a funny smell like some of the other preservatives I have used. It’s easy to pour out for measuring and is very easy to work with.
