Description
This is a pre-made lipstick base that requires adding oils, emollients, and thickeners and cannot be used on its own as a complete base.
N.B: for best results the below method is recommended:

Method
Combine all ingredients in a beaker and blend slowly using a small spatula at 80 degrees in a water bath. Once all ingredients have melted and dispersed cast quickly into lipstick mould. Place mould in freezer for at least 1 hour. Once solidified package into lipstick container
