WS-23 is a cosmetic cooling agent that creates a fresh, cooling sensation without the strong mint smell associated with menthol. It is suitable for creams, lotions, gels, after-sun products, foot-care products and other cooling personal-care formulations.
Recommended usage: 0.05–0.5%
WS-23 is only slightly soluble in water. Dissolve it in propylene glycol, ethanol, fragrance oil or another suitable solvent before adding it to your formulation. Always make a small test batch and test the final product for stability and skin compatibility.
