Method
Combine all of the ingredients except for the Vitamin E Acetate and Fragrance oil into a heat-safe beaker, then heat until cocoa butter is melted. Stir together, remove from heat and allow to cool to below 40 degrees Celsius before adding the two remaining ingredients. Package into glass dropper bottle.
