Method

Blend Mixture A into a beaker and heat to 66degrees until melted. Hydrate the Xanthan gum with glycerine in a separate beaker and add Sodium PCA/Hyaluronic acid and heat to 66degrees till dissolved. Add Mixture A to Mixture B and stir well till a cream has formed and mixture is homogenous. Cool to below 40degrees and add Mixture C one ingredient at a time stirring well.
