Method
Hydrate Xanthan gum in the Glycerine and add the water and Triethanolamine. Add mixture B to A and stir well. Add polysorbate-80 and stir well to form a uniform lotion. Add the triglyceride and stir well. Correct pH to range 3.5-4 with additional Triethanolamine
